Mudança a Locamotion

Bona nit, *Resum:* Us *proposo* el següent: ens passem a http://mozilla.locamotion.org i mozilla desapareix del pootle de softcatalà. Si divendres no hi ha objeccions, poso en marxa la migració de les *locales català i aragonès*. *Motivació:* Des de fa temps fem servir pootle.softcatala.org per traduir el programari de mozilla, principalment: firefox, thunderbird, seamonkey, firefox per a mòbils, i FirefoxOS. Aquest servidor ens ha permès col·laborar i facilitar l'accés a la comunitat, però les eines de mozilla s'han anat degradant i ara *el sistema no es pot automatitzar com ho estava al principi.* Fer coses manuals ens ha provocat errors que ha calgut reparar i és temps que no s'ha pogut dedicar a tasques pròpies de localització. *Pla* He parlat amb Dwyane Bailey. Ell és mozillian des de fa molts anys i porta http://mozilla.locamotion.org , un pootle utilitzat per moltes comunitats. Ara el projecte és madur i tenen un bon equip tècnic darrere. Així,* ells s'ocupen de la infraestructura, i nosaltres de traduir.* Podem controlar permisos i revisar traduccions, ells fan els commits. Podem tenir-hi el Firefox, thundebird, lightning, mobile, alguns components web (adéu svn?) i Firefox OS. lamentablement no poden tenir Seamonkey. El Seamonkey s'ha mantingut durant molts anys perquè creiem en el projecte que era la suite de mozilla originalment. té una quantitat d'usuaris molt baixa en català i no tenim capacitat per fer un manteniment paral·lel a locamotion. No obstant, això no vol dir que no es pugui traduir. Si algú vol mantenir-lo, endavant, com sempre hem fet. Si no, cal publicar-ho al blog. La branca que es manté és aurora. En cas d'haver de fer canvis a beta per correccions de darrer minut, aplicaríem els canvis en aurora i faríem un pedaç per a beta que podem aplicar nosaltres o ells. Estan oberts a ajudar-nos. En el cas de FirefoxOS potser ens permet fer commits més freqüentment i llavors tindríem noves versions de desenvolupament als dispositius de proves. *Conseqüències*: - migració: - portem el projecte a locamotion (català i aragonès) - Creem els nostres usuaris a locamotion - desmantellem el projecte de mozilla del pootle de SC (o el pootle sencer) - actualitzem wikis - seamonkey deixa d'existir en català (caldria explicar-ho al blog) - canvis de rol: - toni i jo deixem d'ocupar-nos d'infraestructura de mozilla - passem tots a traduir a locamotion - anna i papapep ja no necessitarien svn (per confirmar) *Finalment...* Com ho veieu?
