La veritat és que no sé quina és la manera estàndard. Jo personalment en aquest cas trobo «H» més llegible que no pas «HH» (o sigui 5 en lloc de 05), però potser algú amb més domini del tema pot comentar amb més coneixement de causa. Crec que potser és una pregunta per a llista de terminologia, ja que al final acabarà afectant al que es posi a la secció de la versió final de la Guia.

Windows Vista amb el locale català fa servir dos dígits mentre que Linux fa servir un únic dígit. Més que una pregunta de terminologia és d'internacionalització. Jo de moment ho deixaria com un dígit. T'adjunto els canvis als Tomboy. Si no tens cap comentari, pujaré la correcció del diff.

Em sembla perfecte. Un comentari: hi inclous enllaços als formats de data dels llenguatges de programació més comuns, i tot i que entenc que no podem llistar-los tots, crec que almenys el Python [1] hi hauria de ser també, si més no pel gran nombre de programari lliure que l'utilitza.
