[GNOME] Correcció format de dates pel Tomboy

Ep gent,

Al Tomboy estem mostrant les dates i hores malament. Us envio un pedaç 
que ho soluciona a veure que us sembla.

He eliminat el "tt" que inclou (AM i PM), i no emprem en català, i he 
corregit l'ordre de les dates i mesos.
