[Catalanitzador] LanguageTool inaplicable

Sí, hi ha molts motius pels quals el LanguageTool per OOO no es pot 
instal·lar bé.

Penso que l'antivirus pot explicar algun cas però no tots.

He aconseguit capturar la sortida del instal·lador de paquets i 
capturar-la al log. D'un total de 32 sessions a producció, abaix teniu 
els errors.

L'error més comú és:
ERROR: You need write permissions to install this extension!

He buscat per Internet i aquest error passa sovint a Linux però a no a 
Windows. No sé perquè pot succeir.

El codi que LibreOffice usa a Windows per detectar si està en mode de 
lectura i que llança aquest error és un nyap. He llegit més d'un cas que 
re-intentant la instal·lació quan això succeïx alguns cops funciona, 
llavors si ningú té cap millor idea provaré de pujar una versió que 
re-intenta la instal·lació esperant una mica a veure si baixa el nombre 
d'errors que veiem.
