Hi Everyone,
We are now string froze for the Firefox Home iPhone application. I have posted the updated application strings in the main project tracking bug:
https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/show_bug.cgi?id=583241
I have also updated the per-locale bugs to track the work for this request. We will likely code freeze on Sunday, August 15 at 11:59PM Pacific time (GMT/UTC -8).
Due to the excellent work of Dwayne Bailey, Gandalf, and Stas', the application strings can also be found in Verbatim here:
https://localize.mozilla.org/projects/fxhome/
You can translate the app using Verbatim, though in this case, you cannot commit directly to the version control system. Instead, we will take the PO file from Verbatim and convert it back to the original file format. If you use verbatim, just translate and let us know when you are finished.
Thank you for your patience with this project. I know we announced this last week and then retracted that announcement. We are officially string frozen. The dev leaders are copied on this message and we are all available to answer any questions.
